Return & Exchange

ReadyWig spares no efforts to serve our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchange within 30 days from the date of your order.

The following will list the return & exchange (hereinafter referred to as R&E) procedure and conditions, along with any pertinent information you should know:

  • Return (if applicable)
    Conditions for items that are eligible for return are:
    Items must be in their original condition.
    Uncut including hair, weft or lace (where applicable).
    Unworn.
    Unbrushed or unfrizzed.
    For Weave or Braiding Hair, hair must not be unraveled or untied.
    No products may be sprayed on the items.
    The item may not have a scent, including but not limited to, smoke, food, hair product or perfume.
    Items must be in original package with all tags and labels.
    Items not in these conditions will not be accepted.

 

  • Exchange (if applicable)
    We only replace items if they are found defective or damaged when arrived. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@readywig.com and keep them in conditions mentioned in "Return"

 

  • Refunds (if applicable)
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

  • Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

  • Sale items (if applicable)
    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

 

  • Shipping Instructions:
    Repack merchandise securely in a box.
    Please include all original packaging including labels.
    We must receive your return merchandise within two weeks from the R&E approval date.
    If we have not received your return by this time, your R&E will be voided.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You may choose any carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.), but we do require a method that supplies a tracking number.

We always do our best to take care of customers and deal with you fairly; we ask that you, our customer, treat us fairly as well. From time to time we may not accept a return.
Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your return or exchange. If you are due a refund, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
