1. Is the picture on your website exactly the same as what I'll receive?
YES IT IS! ReadyWig's belief is you get what you see. But still there is something we can't control, like the color display difference between screens or the squeezing during shipping. If this happens, please contact us.
2. Do you ship to UK & Germany & Japan, South Africa & Mexico & United Arab Emirates...?
Yes! Currently we deliver our products to almost all countries in the world.
3. What payment options do you offer?
We only accept payment via PayPal at the moment.
4. Would I have to pay a custom fee?
Generally, there is no custom fee unless it encounters special inspection or customs detention.
5. How long does shipping usually take?
Free shipping: 9 – 25 days Express shipping: 3 – 7 days
6. Does your wigs take heat?
Yes! Our wigs are heat friendly and restyle-able under 180℃/ 356 °F.
7. Are all your wigs pre-plucked?
YES! All of our wigs are pre-plucked to a varying degree and we’ve get baby hairs too. You can check the pre-plucked effect of every wig from those photos displayed on the website.
8. How long will it last and will it get tangled quick?
Our synthetic wigs last about 6 months and human hair wigs last about 1 year with proper maintenance. If you care the wig correctly, it won’t get tangled quickly. For more wig caring tips, check the ReadyWig Blog.
9. Is there a coupon code for my first purchase?
We do have a welcome code ($3 off) for our new customers. You can also find other coupon codes for our wigs and promotion discounts on our official website.
10. When does giveaway start?
For you to get special offers, free giveaways and latest deals in time, we suggest you to subscribe to join ReadyWig and follow our social media accounts. We’ll keep you informed of new events.
11. How do I see my order and my tracking number?
After you place the order, you’ll receive a tracking number email within 24 hours (except weekends and holidays). Here is the website that you can track your order: https://www.17track.net/en
12. Do you send the package labeled as a gift?
For all the wig products, we have uniform packaging and we do not provide any other special packaging service.
13. What do I do if I got a Backorder?
If a backorder occurs, we will contact you via email and you will have three options: (1) select a new item (2) request to be placed on a priority wait-list once it's available (3) cancel the original order.
14. How can I cancel the order?
If your order has not been shipped out, contact us and we will return the full refund. But if your order has been shipped out, you will need to send back the product and bear the shipping fees.
15. When will I got my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from receiving your return. The financial dept. will process within 3-9 business days. There might be a delay for your bank to return money back to your account.
